FULL REGISTRATION DETAILS

We are using an online registration process for the 2015 Canadian Team Trials. Please read the information below carefully and share with your membership.

The link for online registration is now live for the 2015 Canadian Team Trials. All entries for the event must be done through the online portal including coaches, team leaders and medical staff. The link can be found at: https://register.wrestling.ca
All athletes, coaches, team leaders and medical personnel will be required to register through the online portal to receive accreditation for the event.
Please note that several documents are required for upload during the registration process. A list of the required documentation can be found at: https://register.wrestling.ca/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/Team_Trials_Registration_Checklist.pdf . For athletes the documents include- a copy of their passport, pre-competition medical screening form, Anti-Doping consent form, and a picture for accreditation. Athletes that are 18 will also be required to submit a medical certificate and parental consent form. Coaches are required to upload a signed coaching code of ethics form in addition to their photo and must meet the minimum certification requirements (https://register.wrestling.ca/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/Coaching_Certification_Requirements.pdf ) for the event . Team Leaders & Medical personnel need to upload a photo.

The entry deadlines are as follows:
Payment of entry and registration fees must be made through the online system and there will be a $5 service charge in addition to the fees below.

Prior to November 20th, 2015 (11:59 pm ET)– Athletes $125 + GST (one style); $150 + GST (two styles – FS & GR) Coaches & support staff $30 + GST 

After November 20th, 2015 (11:59 pm ET) & prior to November 29th, 2015 (11:59 pm ET) – Athletes $175 + GST (one style); $200 + GST (two styles – FS & GR) Coaches & support staff $50 + GST

NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER NOVEMBER 29th, 2015 AT 11:59 pm ET.

SCRATCHES

All scratches before November 20th, 2015 (11:59 pm ET) will be fully refundable.
All scratches after November 20th, 2015 (11:59 pm ET) & prior to November 29th, 2015 (11:59 pm ET) will be 75% refundable.
All scratches after November 29th, 2015 (11:59 pm ET) are NON-refundable.

This December, Canadian Wrestlers will converge on Strathcona County for the Canadian Wrestling Team Trials. The trial winners will be nominated to represent Canada through the qualification process for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. 

The competition will take place Friday, December 4 to Sunday, December 6, 2015 at Millennium Place (2000 Premier Way, Sherwood Park AB).

Tickets

Event Pass
An event pass can be purchased for $25 in advance. Email your name, address, phone number and the number of tickets to tickets.fwcws@gmail.com. Payment accepted by VISA or MasterCard only. Event passes purchased will be available for pick-up at Millennium Place starting on December 4. Confirmation email and photo ID is required.

Session Tickets
Session tickets will be available to purchase at the door. Payment accepted by VISA, MasterCard, cash or debit.

Friday, December 4 – $10
Freestyle Ladder Tournament 11 a.m. & 7 p.m.

Saturday, December 5 – $10
12 p.m. – Freestyle Ladder Tournament

Saturday December 5 – $10
3:30 p.m. Opening Ceremonies
4 p.m. – Free Style Ladder Tournament Finals

Sunday, December 6 – $10
Greco-Roman Ladder Tournament 9 a.m., 12 p.m., 1 p.m. and finals at 2 p.m.

GST is included in all ticket prices.
