NCCP Introduction to Competition Part A (Sport Coach)

Course will take place in the Wrestling Room and Room KNB150. Please bring a notebook and pen/pencil. Course materials will be emailed out to all participants in advance. Participants will no longer receive a print copy of course materials, but may print the materials themselves or bring digital copies on a laptop.
Other Required Courses/Prerequisites
The following courses are required to receive trained status and qualify for certification. If possible, please complete these modules in advance of the Sport Coach course.
1) Background Screening

2) Making Headway In Sport
Cost: Free
Time: 30 minutes

3) NCCP Emergency Action Planning
Cost: Free
Time: 20 minutes
Where: Online “E-Learning” tab when logged into coach.ca
4) NCCP Sport Nutrition
Cost: $20
Time: 1 Hour
Where: Online “E-Learning” tab when logged into coach.ca
5) Making Ethical Decisions
Cost: $45 for course, $85 Direct to Evaluation
Time: Course is 3 hours, Evaluation is 1 hour

*NOTE* If you take the course, the evaluation is free. If you go direct to evaluation and do not pass after a couple attempts, you will have to take the course to attempt the evaluation again.
