Nominations for all positions up for election on the Board of Directors may be emailed to aawaprogramdirector@gmail.com prior to September 28, 2024 or nominated on the floor.
Each Member Club shall be entitled to designate an individual who is over the age of 18 years and is either an Athlete, Functionary or Honorary member to cast one (1) vote for that Member Club on any question or resolution put to a vote of the membership. Each Director shall also be entitled to cast one (1) vote on any question or resolution put to a vote of the membership. Votes shall be cast in person or as otherwise permitted by the Board. No other member shall have a vote on any question or resolution put to the membership for a vote.
