8:15 AM Officials Meeting
8:30 AM Pairing masters clinic with Table workers
8:30 AM Gym will open for teams to arrive and warm-up
9:15 AM Coaches meeting
9:30 AM to COMPLETION Tournament Begins
NUMBER OF MATS Wrestling will take place on six competition mats.
WEIGH-INS Must be supervised by the Club head coach or club official.
REGISTRATION
Register all athletes through the TrackWrestling link that will be sent out from the pairing master prior to the tournament registration deadline of 11:59 pm
on Thursday, December 12th, 2024.

RULES
Sask Wrestling modified hip-toss rule in effect for Freshie, Novice, & Pee Wee age groups.
Two periods of 2-minute run-time for Freshie.
Two periods of 3-minute run-time for Novice, Pee Wee & Bantam.
*We will allow athletes to finish their match if a pin occurs in the first half
(Freshie – 1min other ages 1:30) of a match or if both wrestlers want more match experience and its fair competition. The match will be marked as a win
for the person who scored the pin.
MEDICAL Clubs will perform skin checks prior to weigh-in.
AGE GROUPS & WEIGHT CATEGORIES
Wrestlers must be registered with SAWA or equivalent out of province wrestling association.
Wrestlers will be put into pools.
Freshie (co-ed): Born 2017 or younger
Novice (co-ed): Born 2015-2016
Pee Wee (male & female divisions if numbers allow): Born 2013-2014
Bantam (male & female divisions): Born 2011-2012
ENTRY FEES $40 per wrestler
PAYMENT
Managers, please make one payment per club by cheque payable to Pups Wrestling on site.

AWARDS
Medals will be handed out as Pools finish.
Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded in each pool.
This event is sanctioned by the Saskatchewan Amateur Wrestling Association (SAWA).
