The nominee should be in the U17/U19 age group and demonstrate qualities such as determination, leadership, work ethic & passion. This award is not performance-based, but he/she should be considered a role model for their fellow athletes. The award winner will be selected based on the information provided on the nomination form. Please be detailed and thorough in completing the nomination.
The inaugural David Gudwer Memorial Award is to be presented at the 2019 AAWA Awards Banquet in Medicine Hat, March 23, 2019.
